With the new coming Stormwatcher managing fatclients and portables can be done by the user it selve. The user has permissions to add and remove software by Active Directory permissions. When the user logson the system takes the permissions set in Active directory and the user will be able to control his computer based on tha permission. heavy software will no longer be loaded when the computer starts, bringing the logon time to over 10 minutes. The end user will be able to activate the software on demand when he needs it. Logon times can be brought back to less then 2 minutes independent of all the applications. The unique software Virtualisation DinamiQs uses enables administrators to install and use multiple versions of Orcale applications side by side. Even when the software disables functionality end users will not have any trouble with this any more.
