Software EngineerThe Software engineer position requires a diverse range of skills as well as an understanding of how to participate in a team oriented environment. This position provides a range of services for corporate users beginning with desktop support all the way to maintaining vendor relationships and application support for customized installations, vendor-supplied as well as in-house developed.
Desired experience - Install and support new server hardware and software infrastructure
- Install and maintain Vmware ESX, Vmware VDI and Vmware Infrastructure
- Provide technical support to customers with very different levels of IT knowledge
- Suggest and provide DinamiQs solutions to customers
- Perform troubleshooting.
- Train users (one-to-one or in groups, and provide written guidelines and instructions)
- Participate in projects
- Contribute articles to the technical support knowledge base
- Work closely with other teams for problem resolution
- Support our partners with latest knowledge
System administrator qualifications - Willing to travel to our customers in Europe, US and Australia
- Well developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills (written and oral) In English and Dutch
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge and experience with high-end Microsoft Windows-based Server platforms
- Knowledge and experience with VMware ESX
- Knowledge in Application Virtualization
- Team-player with ability to learn complex technical material
